Our Team
Horn Development Association is led by a dedicated team of experienced youth and community professionals committed to inclusion, empowerment, and helping people thrive.
We are additionally supported by trained volunteers who reflect the diverse communities we serve, we take a people-first approach that is respectful, culturally aware, and grounded in listening. Together, we create welcoming and accessible spaces where individuals and families feel safe, heard, and valued.
We build strong local connections and work collaboratively with partners to reduce isolation, remove barriers, and connect people to practical opportunities, activities, and guidance. Our focus is on strengths, helping people develop confidence, skills, and support networks that enable lasting wellbeing and positive change.

Youth Workers (9-13 years)
Lead engaging junior sessions that build confidence, friendships, and life skills.
